Description
Dr. Mashirito Jr., son of the original *Dr. Slump* antagonist Dr. Mashirito, returns roughly a year after the series' conclusion seeking vengeance against Arale Norimaki. He constructs an android named Abale as Arale's evil counterpart, matching her physical specifications and capabilities. Her name fuses "Arale" with the Japanese word for "rampage" or "brawl," signifying her intended destructive purpose.

Dr. Mashirito Jr. programs Abale using Taro Soramame's book *I Used to Be a Bad Boy* to instill a malicious personality. Instead, she develops a rebellious, unruly attitude, desiring independence like owning a motorcycle, but shows no inherent evil intent, malice towards Arale, or interest in world domination. She reacts with hostility only when mocked or challenged.

During a one-shot special, aliens invade Earth and lure Arale away, deploying the giant bioweapon Choki. Provoked by the aliens, Abale intervenes. She destroys Choki with a headbutt, mirroring Arale's style, and single-handedly halts the alien invasion. This outcome thwarts Dr. Mashirito Jr.'s revenge plan, as Abale inadvertently protects Earth in Arale's absence.

Designated "Caramel Man 0023" within the Mashirito robot army lineage, Abale is a technical sibling to Obotchaman (Caramel Man 004). She operates independently and never interacts with Arale or other main *Dr. Slump* characters beyond this story. Her existence remains confined to this special.

Dr. Mashirito Jr.'s actions continue his father's legacy of technological prowess and obsession with defeating Arale. His failure to control Abale's outcome aligns with the *Dr. Slump* theme of inventions backfiring.
