Description
Gobrou began life as Tomokui Kanata, a human Esper in a futuristic world. His rare Absorption ability let him acquire traits from consumed items or entities. Kirimine Aoi, a stalker he once treated as a sister, murdered him outside a convenience store, stabbing him with an electrified knife. After death, he reincarnated as a newborn goblin in a fantasy world. An elder goblin named him Gobrou.

As a goblin infant, he matured physically within days, retaining human intelligence and memories. His initial form had green skin, a bald head, and a childlike stature. He used his Absorption ability, consuming creatures like Horn Rabbits and Seven-Colored Bats to gain skills such as poison generation or enhanced senses. He formed a hunting trio with brood siblings Gobkichi (later Kichi) and Gobmi (later Mi), developing cooperative combat strategies.

On Day 13, after consuming an Orc, Gobrou evolved into a Hobgoblin. This variant evolution resulted from a blessing by the Great God of Origin and Demise. He grew taller, gained black skin, and developed humanoid features resembling his teenage self. He asserted leadership over his goblin tribe by defeating the previous leader, Hobuken, in single combat. This prevented the enslavement of newly captured human women; instead, he integrated them as skilled workers (cooks, blacksmiths, alchemists) and later took several as lovers.

On Day 34, he lost his left arm battling a Crimson Red Bear. He attached the magical silver prosthetic "Agatram" and evolved into an Ogre (Ogarou). This form stood 2.5 meters tall with gray hair, red body markings, and two forehead horns. He continued absorbing abilities, like demise magic from slimes, and established the Parabellum mercenary group. He incorporated kobolds, elves, and other species to expand his community's influence.

Further evolutions followed: Apostle Lord (Aporou) on Day 107, shrinking to 2 meters with golden markings, three horns, and demon orbs embedded in his body; and Vajrayaksa Overlord (Ovarou) on Day 245, gaining two additional arms, five horns, silver-white hair, and golden eyes. Each evolution enhanced his physical capabilities but reduced his ability to absorb new skills or experience intoxication from alcohol. His abilities expanded to include unique skills like "Fate Plunder" and "Enemy of the World: Endless Gluttony." He often wielded weapons like the halberd "Starving Thousand Thorns."

Gobrou valued loyalty and meritocracy, training subordinates in hunting and combat while rewarding achievements. He eliminated dissenters ruthlessly, publicly executing goblins attempting to assault human captives. Though pragmatic—viewing allies as "tools"—he ensured their well-being, reflecting a Buddhist-inspired philosophy of purposeful compassion. He maintained familial bonds, fathering hybrid children with his human lovers: half-ogres Aura and Argento, human Nicola, ogre Oniwaka, and jewel lord Opushii. These offspring aged rapidly but at varying rates due to their mixed heritage.

His relationships included deep trust with Kichi (his right-hand commander) and Mi (a goblin evolved into an Ice Blood True Vampire and primary wife). Mi's unwavering loyalty mirrored Gobrou's protectiveness; her bloodlust activated when he was threatened. Other key figures included the alchemist Spinel Fean, blacksmith Emery Furado, and warrior Rubellia Walline, all part of his romantic partnerships and contributors to Parabellum's technological advancement.
