This knowledge leads him to despair and corruption. He possesses light grey hair, red eyes, an artificial limb, facial hair, piercings, scars, and tattoos. As a Chaos Teller, he gains a parrot companion, though this element is absent in the anime adaptation. In the anime, he is sometimes called "Chaos Silver," while other media uses "Dragon Pirate John Silver" or "John Silver."

Resentful of Captain Flint, whom he cannot surpass, Silver embodies envy and ambition. He collaborates with Chaos Jim as part of the "Treasure Island Team," functioning as a Dual Boss during events like "Chaos Galahad's Strategy." In this antagonistic role, he opposes protagonists attempting to restore story zones, leveraging both his pirate identity and abilities enhanced by Chaos.
