Description
Mikka hails from the planet Mushka, where music transforms into "farre," a vital energy sustaining her civilization. Her people reside within the Grand Hall of Farre, a colossal floating spacecraft engineered to channel melodic power. When her homeland’s vessel falls dormant, she journeys to Earth, determined to reignite it through a united musical effort.

Her appearance mirrors her heritage: peach-hued skin, emerald-green eyes, and cascading white hair fading to teal at its tips, interlaced with turquoise braids. She dons a pale pink dress edged in turquoise, a gemstone-studded collar, and vibrant fuchsia boots over matching shorts—a striking testament to her alien lineage.

Drawn to Nobita’s offbeat recorder skills, Mikka enlists him and his friends, equipping them via the "Musician’s License" with instruments like tubas, violins, and bongos. Her quest unveils Mushka’s downfall: the Noise, entities erasing music, overran the planet after public performances were outlawed—a crisis mirroring Nobita’s own avoidance of practice, which unwittingly lured the Noise to Earth.

In the final struggle, Mikka’s "Whistle of Mushka" lacks critical notes, but Nobita’s flawed recorder playing bridges the gap. Their alliance culminates in the "Earth Symphony," composed by her robotic aide Chappeku, channeling collective harmony to repel the Noise. Through this, Mikka evolves from a lone envoy to a unifying leader, proving music’s power to transcend boundaries.

Victorious, Mikka departs Earth, her legacy echoing in the revived Grand Hall’s signal to scattered Mushka survivors. Her tale weaves resilience, cross-cultural bonds, and the triumph of communal creativity against silence’s encroaching shadow.
