TV-Series
Description
MuuMuu is a cat-like alien from a distant galaxy. A catastrophic war stripped his species of their advanced technology, directly motivating his journey to Earth. He aims to study and recover knowledge of home appliance technology to restore his people's lost capabilities.

His primary mission involves investigating and understanding household and electronic devices. Episodes document his explorations of microwaves, vacuum cleaners, automatic doors, air conditioners, rice cookers, power outlets, televisions, cameras, air purifiers, batteries, and other appliances. These investigations often serve both educational and practical purposes within the storyline.

Developing a significant bond with Sakurako Umeyashiki, a human university student, begins with their unexpected cohabitation following his arrival. Their relationship evolves into collaborative efforts to navigate chaotic situations arising from his activities and the presence of other aliens. He forms alliances and engages with other alien cats on Earth, including Decimal and Siberia. These relationships range from cooperative technological ventures to interpersonal conflicts, such as Decimal's initial standoffishness during an infiltration mission targeting Akihiro Tsurumi's family.

Persisting feline traits manifest in his movements, interactions, and problem-solving approaches. Examples include riding robot vacuums called "cat cars" and suggesting blame-shifting strategies involving humans and cats during predicaments. His problem-solving demonstrates adaptability, like improvising communication systems using cups and strings during emergencies. He displays specific technological preferences, such as advocating for Japanese-made alkaline batteries during a rescue operation in an elevator-stalled basement.

He participates in broader activities beyond appliance study, including rebranding an online channel (the "Oyster channel"), engaging in model car races against local children, and collaborating with the Human Regenerative Society club. These activities often intertwine technological exploration with comedic or adventurous elements. His presence on Earth attracts complications related to other aliens and their objectives, hinting at larger unresolved threats like potential alien invasions that periodically influence events.
