Lisan serves as a member of the Oración Seis, an elite cadre of Farmagia governing the continents of Felicidad under the authority of the Magus Diluculum. Unlike her fellow generals, she holds dominion over no continent and emerges as a newcomer to the group, distinguished by her deep appreciation for beauty, elegance, and charm.

Her attire reflects a tropical motif, worn in a revealing manner, and is complemented by intricate tattoos.

Lisan’s story unfolds through betrayal and manipulation. While the group operates on the continent of Sonrisa, L'Oreille murders her and betrays Glaza, the leader of the Oración Seis.

It is later uncovered that Lisan, like the rest of the Oración Seis and Ten’s party, is an Advanced Replicant personally crafted by Magus Diluculum. These beings wield innate abilities far beyond ordinary citizens, designed to rule the underworld and amplify monster production so Diluculum could eventually harvest their souls.

After Diluculum stages his death and returns, he consumes the souls of the Oración Seis to rejuvenate himself. He then kidnaps Nares and resurrects the other generals, Lisan among them, turning all but his loyal servant L'Oreille into mindless demi-beasts. These transformed generals are unleashed to wreak havoc across Felicidad, compelling Ten’s party to face and eliminate them.
