Chica, like all her companions, is an Advanced Replicant created by the Magus Diluculum. Designed to infiltrate or eliminate the Oración Seis as part of Diluculum's plan to harvest souls for power, their shared artificial origin forged a familial bond among them as beings without birth parents.
