Description
Prince Imperial Sincline, the half-Altean crown prince of the Galra Empire, is the tormented son of Emperor Daibazaal and an Altean concubine. His mother’s execution—ordered by Daibazaal after she pleaded for prisoners’ freedom—was concealed under the lie of her death in childbirth. Raised under relentless abuse, Sincline developed an unstable, sadistic psyche, fueling his ruthless ambition to conquer and a twisted fixation on Princess Fala, whose resemblance to his mother ignites his obsession.
His reign is marked by systematic cruelty: subjugating planets, decapitating rulers, and enslaving populations as expendable pawns. He employs manipulation, converting failed subordinates like Sadak into enhanced Deathblack Beastmen, and deploys ambushes, traps, and psychological warfare against the GoLion team, feigning alliances or exploiting emotional vulnerabilities to destabilize foes.
Driven by delusion, he demands Fala’s forced marriage, seeking a maternal replacement. Thwarted, he kidnaps her cousin Princess Amue, imprisoning and violating her. His wrath escalates to obliterating Planet Amazonia after failed negotiations and targeting Altea’s infrastructure to crush Fala’s spirit.
A web of treachery defines his bond with Daibazaal. Feigning loyalty, Sincline poisons his father, only to be imprisoned when the plot fails. After escaping, he stages a coup, seizing the throne and condemning Daibazaal to die in battle. His tyrannical rule collapses as allies revolt, including his paternal grandmother Honerva, whom he silences after she exposes his hybrid lineage.
In his final act, Sincline invades Altea, taking Ryou Shirogane hostage. A struggle ensues, ending with Ryou fatally stabbing him before both perish. His death dismantles the Galra Empire’s tyranny, leaving ravaged worlds in its wake.
Rooted in childhood trauma and identity conflict, Sincline’s fractured psyche craves control yet recoils from kinship. Rejected by Galra and Altean societies, his nihilistic violence and strategic cunning falter against an inability to forge genuine bonds, sealing his solitary demise.
