Description
Initially encountered during the Straw Hat Pirates' reunion on Sabaody Archipelago, the character known as "Rich Kid Marine" acts antagonistically. He belittles a young female protagonist without provocation, physically assaults her by stepping on her hand, and scatters her belongings. Later, he apprehends her as an intruder during a Marine operation against the Straw Hats, maintaining a consistently harsh demeanor.

In the sequel one-shot "P.S. Fan Letter," set after Punk Hazard, he experiences development. Angered by a salary reduction resulting from the Straw Hats' escape, he is approached by two children reporting a girl trapped on a Yarukiman Mangrove root. Despite initial reluctance, he intervenes, citing a self-proclaimed desire to be a "hero of justice."

His rescue attempt involves lowering a rope to the girl, but he slips and falls alongside her. Unable to climb the slippery root while carrying her, he improvises handholds by punching the wood. Nearing the top, he slips again but throws the girl to safety before falling into the water below. Soaked but successful, he receives commendation from a fellow Marine. Later, he calms panicked colleagues searching for a drowning soldier.

This incident shifts the local perception of him, as the rescued girl recounts her experience with a "nice Marine man."
