Description
Fu Ning, younger sister to Fu Yin, grew up in a secluded village alongside their childhood companion, Pu Zhao. Three years before the central conflict, the Taibai Empire razed their home, severing Ning’s arms and capturing Zhao. Forced into a nomadic existence, the sisters survived by performing swordplay across scattered settlements.

During their journeys, Yin uncovered an ancient scroll housing Yun, a Mujia spirit who forged magnetic prosthetics for Ning—limbs concealing retractable blades. Though initially dependent on Yin, Ning’s anguish over her maiming and Zhao’s disappearance hardened into seething hatred toward the empire.

Ning secretly yearned for Zhao, who reemerged as a celebrated engineer aiding the Taibai forces. His allegiance sharpened her bitterness, driving her to join the rebellion—a choice that strained her bond with Yin, who resisted violence.

As war engulfed the realm, Ning’s thirst for retribution eclipsed the rebellion’s cause. Her tactics turned merciless, culminating in a fateful rift: she allied with Zhao against Yin, severing ties with both her sister and the resistance.

The magnetic arms embodied her metamorphosis from maimed survivor to living weapon. Her journey spiraled from trauma-fueled resolve into moral reckoning, torn between vengeance and identity. The empire’s schemes, her fractured kinship with Yin, and unresolved ties to Zhao entwined her fate with the very forces that shattered her world.
