Reflejo belonged to a tribe exterminated after he briefly glimpsed Jahad Princess candidate Ms. Yulia, implied as Poe Bidau. His eyes were tied shut and his family executed, fueling deep resentment against the Tower's power structures. Posing as an E-rank Regular, he spent millennia as a FUG sleeper agent in the Tower's lower floors. Loyal to FUG Slayer Karaka and Ranker Poken, he received a fragment of Poken's shadow. This granted temporary B-rank Regular power with physical instability: vulnerability to damage and dissipation upon energy depletion.
During the Workshop Battle, he advised and oversaw Jyu Viole Grace (Bam) while manipulating events for FUG. He gambled in the tournament preliminaries and delivered a false Thorn to Viole. His goal shifted to forcing Viole's transformation into a living weapon by trapping him in a soul-merging solution chamber. To neutralize Viole's allies, he captured Hwaryun, Horyang, and Nobic as hostages, compelling Viole into combat.
In battle, Reflejo wielded a large double-bladed scythe with skill, matching top E-rank Regulars like Novick without specialized techniques. His shadow-manipulation Shinsoo enabled extrasensory perception, telekinesis, pain induction, and energy blasts. Merging fully with Poken's shadow unlocked advanced techniques: "Second Shadow – Full Moon Shadow" repelled nearby targets, "Demon Moon Shadow" fired concentrated energy, and "Fifth Shadow – September Shadow" coated his scythe in destructive energy. This form resisted Shinsoo paralysis and Lighthouse fields.
He fell at the Workshop Battle's climax. After Viole escaped captivity, Reflejo confronted him alongside Khun Aguero Agnis and Rak Wraithraiser. Despite shadow-enhanced abilities, their coordinated assault overwhelmed him. He plummeted into the weaponization solution intended for Viole, resulting in death.
Motivated by bitterness toward the Tower's inequity, Reflejo saw Viole as an undeserving beneficiary of FUG's resources despite his own millennia of sacrifice. This resentment, compounded by trauma, drove his ruthless actions against Viole and allies, casting him as a tragic antagonist seeking purpose through FUG's revolution.
