Description
Sara Goodman, originally named Sora Yamato, is a central 25th-century character. She is the niece of scientist Dr. Bernard Goodman and twin sister to Tony Goodman, residing together with their uncle. Both siblings actively participate in missions through time.

Sara assisted in discovering and reviving Flint Hammerhead and his father Rocky from fossilized states. She consistently accompanies Flint on assignments as part of the Time Police, providing intellectual support and strategic thinking during their adventures across historical periods. Her personality often displays greater responsibility and maturity than her brother Tony during problem-solving.

Her key traits include intelligence and resourcefulness, coupled with a pronounced fear of insects stemming from a childhood incident involving Tony. An animal motif, specifically rabbits, is associated with her character design. Her interactions with the dhampir Time Police member Merlock Holmes involve instances where he develops a romantic interest, occasionally leading to comedic or awkward situations like inappropriate costume choices during her transformations.

Significant developments occur during specific missions. Exposure to Time Shifter Muscles causes her to grow into a giant form, resulting in emotional distress. During the King Arthur timeline mission, she demonstrates historical awareness and participates in critical decision-making concerning the sword in the stone incident. Her role frequently involves mediating group conflicts and providing emotional support to Flint.

The Comic Bom Bom promotional manga presents an alternate interpretation, depicting her with a more bubbly and less mature personality than her anime counterpart. This version reduces her responsible demeanor, emphasizing comedic interactions and aligning her closer to Flint's energetic nature. Story elements like Rocky and Petra Fina's dynamic from the manga were adapted into anime episodes without incorporating this specific character shift.

Her historical engagements include missions across diverse eras: Edo-period Japan, ancient Egypt, 6th-century England with King Arthur, and 19th-century Russia during Napoleon's invasion. She contributes to resolving disruptions caused by antagonists and aids in recovering Time Shifters, often participating in reversing their corrupted "Con" forms back to normal.
