During their confrontation, Burton demonstrates his Lachter abilities and psychologically manipulates Inyo, taunting that Zero will be freed only if Inyo kneels and begs. He wields a sword in combat, striking Inyo from behind.

Initially defeated, Burton rapidly consumes multiple fruits and vegetables to amplify his power, undergoing a grotesque transformation into a regenerative monstrosity. Though Inyo severs his head, Burton regenerates and relentlessly pursues both Inyo and Zero. He attempts to crush Inyo with a massive hammer but meets his ultimate defeat when Inyo conjures massive hands to crush both Burton and the surrounding facility.
