The character known as "Doctor" is a mad scientist. Betrayed by a woman named Alice, he engineers her transformation into a bionic woman, specifically designed as a "sex machine" to fulfill his desires completely. Despite this transformation, Alice escapes. Before his subsequent death, the Doctor creates a will commanding his son, Don Jirochō, to pursue and kill Alice as an act of revenge.
