Scientist Franken, known as "Master," conducts experiments within Cahmoon City, manipulating musical plant seeds and biological elements to create the synthetic life-form Noiseman. He accelerates Noiseman's development using a growth potion, causing the creature to become uncontrollable. Attempting to regain control, Franken employs a machine that inadvertently splits Noiseman's body into a ghostly entity and a crystalline form. This accident enables Noiseman to seize control of Cahmoon City, brainwashing its populace and suppressing music. Following this, Franken loses all authority and influence over Noiseman. His actions initiate the narrative's central conflict, concluding his role without further development or reappearance in other media, including official spin-offs or sequels.
