Solomon, the King of Magecraft, reigned over ancient Israel from 1011 to 931 BC, celebrated for his divine wisdom and prosperous rule. Ordained by heaven, he lived bound by divine mandate, devoid of personal will or autonomy. Though revered as a gentle and sagacious leader, his nature remained dispassionate, stripped of human emotions that might allow him to share in others’ joys or grief. God bestowed upon him ten rings, later known as the Ring of Solomon, which anchored his magecraft system harnessing angels and demons. He crafted seventy-two demonic familiars, enshrined in the *Lemegeton* (Goetia), solidifying his mastery over evocation. His death precipitated the rapid erosion of Mystery, accelerating humanity’s departure from the Age of Gods. Summoned as a Grand Caster in Chaldea’s Holy Grail War, Solomon claimed victory under Marisbury Animusphere and used the Greater Grail to wish for mortal life. This rebirth transformed him into Romani Archaman—a man stripped of divine power and identity. As Romani, he gained human fragility: insecurities, yearnings for simple joys, and haunting visions of humanity’s incineration glimpsed during his transition. These prophecies compelled him to clandestinely counter Goetia’s schemes for over a decade. In the Final Singularity, Romani unveiled his true self to confront Goetia, a collective of demon gods puppeteering Solomon’s corpse. Originally designed to oversee humanity, Goetia rebelled upon witnessing mortal suffering, seeking to erase death by incinerating history. Solomon invoked Ars Nova, a Noble Phantasm expunging his existence across all timelines and severing Goetia’s immortal tether. This sacrifice fractured the demon gods’ unity, enabling their defeat. In his final moments, Solomon acknowledged Goetia’s deviation from its purpose and mourned their mutual failure. His relationships echoed detachment or strife: a distant bond with his father, David, and a fraught dynamic with Goetia, which despised him utterly. As Romani, he grappled with indecision and self-doubt, often relying on allies to spur decisive action. Most Servants instinctively mistrusted him, save those unbound by mortal ethics. Solomon’s legacy spans divine kingship and mortal sacrifice. His journey from emotionless sovereign to Romani—a hesitant yet resolute guardian—culminated in erasing his own existence to safeguard humanity’s continuity, forever intertwining his name with both ancient glory and selfless oblivion.
