Description
Appearing in the 2006 TV series *Papillon Rose: The New Season*, Hibiki first emerges as Torakage, a masked ninja with blond hair. His striking resemblance to the deceased Hikaru leads both Tsubomi and the cat Rama to mistake him for Hikaru initially. Hibiki later reveals his true identity as Hikaru's twin brother.
Operating as Torakage, Hibiki serves as a mysterious protector to the Papillon team, especially Tsubomi, mirroring Hikaru's prior role as Dandy Lion in the 2003 OVA. Unlike the magical transformations of the Papillon soldiers, Torakage's persona is explicitly a non-magical cosplay costume.
Hibiki is also connected to the Men in Black organization, where he adopts a distinct appearance: a dark suit, white shirt, dark glasses, and long blond hair. His activities with this group intertwine with the main plot as the Papillon team combats alien threats to the town.
