Description
Ken starts his career as a reckless highway patrol motorcycle officer in the presumed American Southwest, routinely destroying police bikes during chases. Records show at least six motorcycles were wrecked in a single month before his transfer.
Reassigned to Centinel City's specialized Techno Police division, a transfer initially expected to last under six months, Ken initially continued his pattern of impulsive actions and unprofessional conduct. His behavior shifted during the MBT-99A prototype tank crisis. Ken demonstrated increased responsibility and tactical thinking throughout the extended pursuit, playing a direct role in forcibly removing the hijackers from the compromised vehicle.
Within the Techno Police, Ken operates with partners Eleanor and Gora Kosaka. They collaborate to manage three robotic units: Blader, Scanny, and Vigobus. Ken maintains primary control over Blader, a blue-and-white robot featuring projectile restraint technology. The team uses a six-wheeled, open-top police vehicle for transportation, with Ken positioned as the central driver during operations.
The character exists solely within the primary cinematic narrative.
