Description
Megumi Okura rises from member to leader of Team Blackout. She initially invites Yu-yu Kondo to Dreamland Wonder Hill, introducing him to the card game. Hailing from a distinguished family and recognized as a prodigy excelling in academics, sports, and etiquette, she displays fierce competitiveness, excitability, and a strong aversion to losing. Valuing self-reliance, she works a part-time job at a card shop to buy cards independently. She harbors deep admiration for Danji Momoyama, affectionately calling him "aniki," and often misinterprets situations involving him.

Physically, she has long brown hair reaching her waist and green eyes. Her initial amusement park appearance features a blue cap, light brown/golden-lensed glasses, a dark blue sweater, and a buttoned blue denim jacket. Typically, her hair is down, styled with a golden and red clip on her right bang—a gift from Danji. Her regular attire consists of a white shirt with a bow collar, a grey cardigan, a pink blazer with black accents, a black skirt, black socks, and brown boots.

Her competitive journey starts in the first Deluxe tournament, placing second in Group D after losing to Michiru Hazama but defeating Haruka Soukawa and Tomari Seto. She advances to the quarterfinals only to lose to Tohya Ebata. In the second Deluxe tournament, she secures first place in Group C by defeating Tohya Ebata and others in preliminaries, then beats Mirei Minae in the quarterfinals. Her progress halts in the semifinals with a loss to Raika Koshiba. After Danji Momoyama departs Team Blackout, Megumi assumes leadership. During this period, she trains intensely and modifies her deck multiple times, including adopting tactics inspired by the Uniformers for a match against Danji, which she loses.

Approximately a year into her leadership, she enrolls in university while keeping her card shop job. Her popularity surges, with a university fan club forming and customers holding her in high regard. Competing in the third Deluxe tournament's Group B, she loses to Suo Yobitsugi but defeats Suzune Rokuoin and later wins off-screen matches against Urara Haneyama, Zakusa Ishigame, and Senka Kanae.

Her deck consistently focuses on the Stoicheia nation and Sylvan Horned Beast archetype, evolving across appearances. Early versions emphasize enabling rear-guards to attack from the back row and compensating for the lack of boosting with power increases. She later shifts to strategies centered on the Grade 4 unit Sylvan Horned Beast Emperor, Magnolia Elder, and incorporates new ride lines for superior riding and recovery. Specific modifications occur before matches against opponents like Shinobu Kajita, Haruka Soukawa, Halona Walker, and Danji Momoyama. Her trigger compositions and orders adjust over time, reflecting ongoing refinements.

Her battle record includes early losses to Yu-yu Kondo and Katsuki Murayama, followed by wins against Shinobu Kajita and Haruka Soukawa. Later, she achieves off-screen victories against Mirei Minae and Yurina Nukata but suffers defeats to Michiru Hazama and Halona Walker. In the Divinez timeline, she loses to Mikoto Saito.
