Sera is a Tyrannosaurus, mother to Toron and mate to Zesta. She nurtures her infant son Toron, providing him berries. When the predator Barudo attacks Toron, Sera intervenes to protect him. She sustains injuries fighting Barudo and falls from a cliff into water. Toron and Zesta, believing her dead, mourn her loss deeply.

Sera survives the fall. Pteranodons rescue her, caring for her during her recovery. She later reappears when Toron resolves the conflict between herbivores and carnivores during a volcanic threat. Sera reunites with Toron, who chooses to live with her, concluding her story arc.
