Description
Rion appears exclusively in the film *Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!! WGP Bōsō Mini Yonku Daitsuiseki*. He sports tanned skin and blue-green hair, standing slightly taller than the Seiba brothers. His distinctive look features a forehead bandana and a scouter-like visor over one eye. This visor functions as a technical device, enabling real-time monitoring of his Mini 4WD car's performance metrics and incorporating a GPS system to track its location. He often wears an open jacket revealing a chest crest and uses a scooter for transportation.

Originally aiming to compete in the World Grand Prix (WGP), Rion's racing team disbands after their specialized GP chip fails completion. This setback forces him to operate independently. His Mini 4WD, Gun Bluster, possesses exceptional speed but suffers severe electrical instabilities, making it unpredictable and destructive. The car autonomously enters the Royal Festival Cup without his consent, compelling him to pursue it to regain control.

Rion initially displays an aloof and solitary personality. His first encounter with the Seiba brothers occurs amidst chaos caused by Gun Bluster's uncontrolled racing, where the car damages multiple Mini 4WDs, including Go Seiba's Cyclone Magnum. Military forces intervene, targeting Gun Bluster for destruction as a perceived threat.

Facing this crisis, Rion reluctantly teams up with TRF Victorys members Go and Retsu Seiba. They strategize to safely stop Gun Bluster and protect it from the military. This cooperation sparks a shift in Rion's demeanor as he accepts assistance, notably from Dr. Tsuchiya who repairs Gun Bluster's electrical system, incorporating new defensive technology like electrical magnets. During this joint effort, Rion develops mutual respect and camaraderie with the TRF Victorys, transitioning from isolation to active teamwork.

The alliance successfully halts Gun Bluster's rampage, preventing further destruction. Through these events, Rion learns lessons about responsibility, the unpredictability of racing technology, and the value of collaboration. His relationship with Dr. Tsuchiya becomes significant, built on trust and gratitude for the technical expertise that stabilized his car. By the resolution, Rion forms a solid friendship with the TRF Victorys team.
