During a decisive battle, Jet intercepted Ewen Breeze’s spear to save Free Underbar from a fatal strike. The spear inflicted a mortal wound that led to Jet’s death. His combat abilities were embodied in his Fairy Weapon, Verosteal, which Free Underbar inherited and wielded thereafter.
