Vanessa Hammer is an infamous terrorist who stole the powerful bio-engineered weapon "Dragon" from a secret high-tech laboratory. This creature, originally a military asset, underwent flawed genetic manipulation that resulted in uncontrollable sexual urges towards human women.

Hammer's motivation for the theft ignited upon witnessing Dragon's sexual prowess, driven by her own overwhelming desire. After acquiring Dragon, she unleashed it upon a nearby city where it embarked on a violent rampage. During this rampage, Dragon raped numerous women and killed anyone attempting to intervene.

The government deployed Q-section, an elite counter-terrorism unit composed of highly skilled female agents, to track down Hammer, neutralize Dragon, and prevent further attacks. The conflict concluded with the elimination of the entire Q-section team.
