Alice Minazuki is a second-year student in Class F at Miskatonic Academy Middle School. Her father, Englishman David Moulton, played a central role in Cyber Land's early development. Following her parents' divorce, Alice lives in an apartment with her mother.

Academically excellent with a polished appearance, Alice presents as seemingly perfect. Yet her personality reveals a typical girl's natural inclinations: she lacks athletic ability, enjoys sweet foods, and remains naturally absent-minded. Her thought processes are notably rapid, though she becomes deeply absorbed in mechanical topics. She unwittingly displays sexually perverted behavior without self-awareness of this trait.

Due to her mother's frequent absences and her own poor cooking skills, Alice relies daily on retort foods and convenience store bento boxes. She aspires to become either a programmer or a doctor.

During a confrontation with the rogue Cyber Naxt "Wolf," Alice encountered the ultimate Dive System "Lucia," granting her unparalleled power as a Diver within Cyber Land. To protect her father's legacy—the Dive System—from exploitation, she now collaborates with close friends Rena Otori and Juri Yagami as the team "ALICE-3." This mission defines her primary role in Cyber Land.
