Defying boundaries, Kanna independently moves into the Kogure residence, indifferent to its cramped conditions.

She strategically cultivates alliances within the household, gifting Kōsuke a gaming console and exchanging clothes with Yūko to secure the children’s loyalty. Subtly eroding the matriarch Matsuko’s authority, she critiques Matsuko’s conduct to Yūji, the husband, while casting herself as a compassionate confidante.
