Description
Huey occupies the sixth seat on the ARKS military Council of Six, known for his consistently hot-blooded and enthusiastic personality. He actively motivates fellow ARKS members through displays of bravery and idealism, though privately he bears the weight of his responsibilities. Born in AP 213, he gained his Council position at age 22 in AP 235.

Assigned as Klariskrays' mentor during the anime's events, Huey focused on guiding her moral development. He fought alongside the protagonist against adversaries blocking the Mothership Core and supported Klariskrays through traumatic events. Following the resolution of the anime's major conflicts, he assumed command of the ARKS Combat Division.

In combat, Huey employs an aggressive close-range style centered around fiery physical assaults. His signature weapon is Vahram the Destroyer, a pair of flame-engulfed, wolf-head-shaped knuckles capable of incinerating enemies. Specific anime episodes depict his involvement, such as aiding Ash and Afin against Falspawn on Ship Themis. He later faced Klariskrays when she aligned with antagonistic forces under Luther's influence, protecting her from cloned attackers during this confrontation. He demonstrated deep concern for her well-being and condemned the Council's questionable actions.

Huey maintains a protective and supportive bond with Klariskrays, comforting her after Luther's defeat when she experienced identity doubts and assuring her of her uniqueness. He facilitated difficult interactions between Klariskrays and Sarah, revealing to Ash that Klariskrays is Sarah's clone and expressing his belief that Sarah should not live burdened by guilt. His interactions with Ash involve offering advice and occasional lighthearted teasing about meddling in others' affairs.

Later narrative developments show Huey involved in exploratory missions, investigating the planet Lillipa with Klariskrays and coordinating joint missions between Klariskrays and Sarah on Wopal, indicating his ongoing role in ARKS operations and interpersonal dynamics.
