Lola features exclusively in the premiere episode of the *Demon Prince Enma* OVA, "Nobusuma: Rot-Pus Suck Demon." She is identified as the daughter of Heinrich, a university professor specializing in German history. Heinrich contacts Enma's detective agency to report Lola's disappearance. Shortly after, Lola returns home visibly distressed and covered in blood, confessing to her father that she fears she may be a vampire. This occurs during the arrival of Enma, Yukihime, and Kapaeru at the residence, where they initially suspect Lola of demonic possession. Before they intervene, Heinrich—revealed as the demon's true host—violently kills Lola. Her death catalyzes Enma's subsequent confrontation and destruction of the demon possessing Heinrich. Lola has no further appearances, backstory, or development in other OVA episodes, the sequel manga *Satanikus Enma Kerberos*, or any other official media.
