OVA
Description
Elizabeth is a doll who serves as the constant companion of Seravy, the wizard considered the most powerful in the land and Chacha's guardian. She appears to be an inanimate object, but Seravy frequently makes her "speak" through the use of his powerful ventriloquism skills, giving her a voice and a form of presence in their daily life. This ability allows Elizabeth to participate in conversations and offer commentary on the events unfolding around her.

In terms of her role in the story, Elizabeth is often present alongside Seravy, whether at his home or during his various schemes. She is frequently caught up in the conflicts that arise, serving as a motivating factor for other characters. For instance, when the rival witch Dorothy captures Seravy, she also takes Elizabeth, and Seravy specifically asks Chacha and her friends to rescue his doll first. This demonstrates her value to Seravy beyond being a mere object. In a later episode, Seravy entrusts Elizabeth to Chacha's care while he is away, and when the doll is accidentally damaged, Chacha immediately seeks out the world's greatest dollmaker to repair her. Her vulnerability as a doll becomes a plot point that drives the actions of the main protagonists.

Despite being a doll, Elizabeth plays a supportive role, particularly in aiding Seravy. During the final battle against the Daimaō, Seravy is trapped but uses his ventriloquism to animate Elizabeth. He then directs her to wake Chacha's allies, Riiya and Shiine, which is a crucial action that allows Chacha to transform and continue the fight. This moment highlights Elizabeth's function as an extension of Seravy's will, capable of turning the tide of a conflict even when he is physically incapacitated.

Elizabeth's key relationships are primarily with Seravy, her owner and the one who gives her a voice. She is also connected to Chacha, who shows great care for her wellbeing, treating her as a treasured possession rather than a simple toy. There is no indication of personal motivation or independent development for Elizabeth, as her actions are consistently a manifestation of Seravy's ventriloquism. Her primary notable ability is this capacity to appear animated and speak, fully controlled by Seravy's magical skill and showmanship.
