Rosa, also known as Takeshi, is a member of the Tamayura clan and one of three gay brothers—alongside Lavender and Lemon—opposing the Tamayomi clan's ambitions. They engage in a conflict focused on preventing the revival of the malevolent entity Jarke. The Tamayura clan successfully retrieves Jarke's ball, the artifact key to his resurrection, from the Tamayomi clan's bar girl gang. However, Himawari Nohara accidentally swallows the artifact, shifting the conflict's focus to her protection. Rosa and his brothers then form an alliance with the Nohara family and female detective Yone Higashimatsuyama. Together, they confront and resist the pursuing Tamayomi gang across locations including Tokyo and Aomori Prefecture. Rosa remains integral within his trio throughout the pursuit and ensuing confrontations aimed at thwarting world domination plans.
