Description
Dennis Elbaji led a fairy smuggling gang in San-Teresa, sporting long brown hair and green eyes. His signature look included a blue, yellow, and orange hoodie layered over a teal shirt with multi-colored graphics, accented by two gold necklaces, black pants, and black-and-red sneakers. Charismatic yet intensely materialistic, he fixated solely on amassing wealth without remorse for his victims or smuggled fairies. A Semanian rejecting his origins, he embraced Earth’s culture, declaring money "Earth’s God" and pursuing the "American Dream" over noble expectations.
He operated a San-Teresa nightclub as a front, collaborating closely with the evil wizard Zelada to supply fairies for "fairy dust"—a drug creating controlled corpse puppets. His ventures included developing a "fairy bomb" prototype to instantly transform people into puppets, demonstrated to terrorist associate Kareem. After defeating Semanian knight Tilarna Exedilica in a nightclub swordfight, he imprisoned her and transported her to an abandoned temple on the city’s outskirts. There, he revealed hundreds of captive fairies and preserved fairy limbs in jars, then ranted against Semanian nobility before engaging Tilarna in another duel.
The confrontation ended when Kei Matoba intervened, returning Tilarna’s sword and enabling her to fatally stab Elbaji in the stomach. Dying, he discovered his fairy was a decoy; Zelada had taken the real one for his bomb plot. Elbaji’s crimes directly caused multiple deaths, including three unnamed victims.
