Rina, a travel agency employee, led a tour group to Matsusawa Village, a place steeped in local spiritual legends. Although knowledgeable about the village's history and folklore, she personally feared ghosts and the supernatural. Her group consisted of horror enthusiasts who harbored hidden motives, planning activities designed to exploit the isolated mountain location.

During the tour, supernatural entities described as sex-addicted ghosts targeted Rina and the group. These spirits manipulated the tourists, heightening their sexual desires and influencing their behavior. Subjected to this supernatural influence, Rina underwent a significant transformation. Initially a professional and resistant guide, she became an unwilling participant in explicit encounters initiated by the possessed tourists. Her character shifted from fearful resistance to involvement in non-consensual acts as the spirits tightened their control.

Under complete supernatural domination, Rina's arc culminated violently. Covered in blood, she killed the spirit-possessed tourists in a climactic sequence. This event concluded her involvement, with no further development beyond this point. Supernatural forces drove her actions throughout, resulting in a complete departure from her initial role.
