Description
Quetzalcoatl, commonly known as Lucoa, is a dragon from another world who once held divine status within Aztec mythology. Stripped of her goddess position after consuming cursed liquor provided by a friend, this act triggered a scandalous affair with her younger sister, Quetzalpetlatl (Petra). The resulting exile remains a source of embarrassment, causing her to react with uncharacteristic fluster when referenced. Despite losing her official title, she claims responsibility for advancing human civilization through agriculture and cultural knowledge.

In human form, Lucoa presents as a mature woman standing 185 cm tall, the tallest among the primary dragons. She possesses a notably voluptuous figure with measurements of B120/W70/H85. Her appearance features long, wavy hair blending yellow, green, and blue hues, along with prominent horns. A defining trait is her heterochromia: her left eye displays dark blue and yellow with a green slit pupil, while her right eye combines green, black, and yellow with a similar slit pupil. She typically keeps her eyes closed but reveals them occasionally. Her standard attire is a revealing black tank top, booty shorts, thigh-high stockings, and a pink cap, though she frequently changes outfits. She shows no awareness of human modesty standards, often wearing skimpy clothing that leads to confrontations with authorities. Her dragon form manifests as an immense "feathered serpent" (amphithere) with black feathers, a bright yellow mane, and a mask-like skull, described as immeasurably large, extending across horizons and dwarfing other dragons like Tohru.

Lucoa exhibits a generally calm, easygoing, and nurturing personality, often smiling and offering wisdom to younger dragons. As a member of the neutral Spectating Faction, she avoids conflict entirely, preferring to flee from fights and resume life as if nothing occurred afterward—a trait she acknowledges with self-consciousness but no intent to change. Her time as a goddess granted familiarity with human customs, allowing her to advise others on topics like household chores or social interactions. However, she critically lacks understanding of human propriety and boundaries. This gap manifests in inappropriate physical advances toward her summoner, Shouta Magatsuchi, such as attempting to bathe or sleep with him, and using her body as a bargaining tool. Her socially unacceptable attire in public spaces results in repeated detentions by authorities. These actions lead others, including Shouta, to mistake her for a succubus rather than a dragon.

Her magical abilities, reflecting her former divine status, surpass other dragons in raw power. She demonstrates reality-warping capabilities including teleportation, object repair, memory manipulation, localized time reversal, and hypnotic suggestion. Despite this immense strength, she despises combat and consistently refuses to engage in it, viewing conflict as pointless.

Lucoa’s central relationship is with Shouta Magatsuchi, a young mage who accidentally summoned her while attempting to conjure a demon. She intervened to protect him from a dangerous entity and became his familiar, residing with his family. Though she seeks closeness with Shouta, her lack of boundaries causes him significant discomfort, reinforcing his view of her as a demonic being. Nevertheless, she values her life with him deeply, seeing it as providing a "place to belong" after her exile. She supports his growth as a mage, assisting in his magical training and boosting his confidence during moments of self-doubt. Shouta’s defense of her honor—such as dueling another mage who insulted her—elicits genuine emotional warmth from her, briefly overriding her aversion to conflict. His parents accept her warmly, often treating her as family, though school peers mistake her for his older sister.

She maintains a close, sisterly bond with Tohru, offering guidance on human-world adaptation and occasionally visiting Kobayashi’s apartment to check on her. Her interactions with Kobayashi are respectful and trusting, with Kobayashi confiding in her about personal feelings toward Tohru. In spin-off media like *Lucoa is My xx*, Lucoa further develops her supportive role: she aids Kanna Kamui in exchange for promoting her image to Shouta, uses hypnosis to pose as a school nurse or swimming coach for his benefit, and faces her past when her sister Petra reappears, navigating their strained but gradually reconciling dynamic.
