Description
Minato Takahashi, the eldest of seven siblings, naturally assumes a caring, big-brother role for students at Kakyoin Academy of Edel Rose. He oversees cooking meals in the dormitory, often incorporating ingredients others dislike to help them broaden their tastes. His passion for cooking and prism performing was sparked by Kouji Mihama, an accomplished cook and prism star whose food-themed prism jumps inspired him.

While at Edel Rose, Minato faces moments of self-doubt about his abilities in both cooking and prism shows, prompting him to consider leaving the academy. A visit to his Shizuoka hometown allows reflection on Kouji's influence and his own path. After discussing his uncertainties with his parents, he reaffirms his commitment to Edel Rose, choosing to persist in honing his dual passions.

As a prism star, Minato performs solo to "Sailing" and "Sailing Away," executing prism jumps named "Minato's Chef's Choice a la Carte" and "Grand Homecoming Harbor." He collaborates musically with Kouji Mihama on "Delicious Essence" and Yukinojo Tachibana on "Hyoujou Shiranami Otoko." He also participates in group performances with Edel Rose and the unit Septentrion on songs like "Dramatic Love," "Shiny Seven Stars!," and "366 Love Diary."

His nurturing personality extends beyond the kitchen, evident in voice lines where he encourages others to eat well, offers seconds, and expresses gratitude for their trust. This consistent emphasis on caregiving and support defines his foundational role as a dependable figure within the group.
