Murakumo is a third-year student at Death Cram, also known as Gessen Girls' Academy, and appears as a main character in the anime Senran Kagura: Estival Versus - Festival Eve Full of Swimsuits. She is an eighteen-year-old kunoichi who stands 172 centimeters tall and has a notable physical build. Her most distinctive trait is her near‑constant use of a mask, typically a white Hanya mask, which she believes is necessary to hide her face from others. In battle, this mask gives her an intimidating presence, but without it she becomes extremely nervous, speaks very rapidly, and will use anything at hand—even a garbage bag—to conceal her features.
