TV Special
Description
Kanon is a three-year-old German girl with ochre hair and blue eyes. She is the daughter of an acquaintance of Regina, Saga's grandmother. During the summer special, Saga temporarily cares for Kanon.
Saga discovers an old dress in Regina's attic, which alongside Kanon's presence triggers Saga's recollection of her elementary school class play, "Princess and Fairy." In that play, Saga volunteered as the Princess while her rival Greta played the evil witch.
This memory of the school play also reminds Sugar and the other season fairies of a recent town event featuring a performance by "The Bear Pianist." Kanon's role centers on her connection to Saga and her indirect involvement in activating nostalgic memories through the discovered dress.
