Mai Tadakusa is a first-year high school student hailing from Gifu Prefecture, distinguished by her long black hair and habitual fisherman's hat. She actively participates in the photography club with fellow members Monaka Yatogame, Yanna Sasatsu, and Kaito Jin. Within this group, Mai demonstrates a pronounced preference for photographing Monaka, consistently directing her camera toward her clubmate. Despite her Gifu origins, she exhibits thorough familiarity with Nagoya's local customs and culture. Mai's deep admiration for Monaka fuels her role as an observer, persistently documenting Monaka's activities through her lens. This dynamic persists unchanged throughout every season of the series.
