Patricia Pearl, known as Patty, operates within the Gui Carlin mafia group. She is a young blond woman with green eyes, consistently wearing a long dark dress. She carries a large trunk case housing various weapons, serving as her primary arsenal.

She works under "Sweetie" Bitter Sweet. During one operation, Patricia met Bitter Sweet at a café; she ordered fresh water and displayed annoyance when questioned by the waiter. Bitter Sweet assigned her a "cleaning" service with Jonathan Passpierre. Their mission targeted Free Underbar and Marlya Noel, leading them to steal the Black Fairy Tome. Patricia engaged Free Underbar in combat within underground passages, wielding dual blades from her trunk. After Free broke her blades, she retrieved a rifle but was disarmed with help from Free's fairy, Red Hood. She abandoned the tome and fled when Free pushed her trunk toward her.

Later, Patricia accompanied Bitter Sweet in another attempt to acquire the Black Fairy Tome Nine. Eajey Daven Thor thwarted them, whom Bitter Sweet identified as dangerous. Observing Damien Carme, Bitter Sweet negotiated a temporary alliance. The next day, Eajey attacked their group. Patricia attempted a surprise assault using her fairy, Boneless, but Eajey effortlessly blocked it and incapacitated the fairy with his fairy weapon. Recognizing her inability to match Eajey's strength, she retreated.

Patricia subsequently traveled to Mazria with Bitter Sweet, anticipating an attack by Dorothea. Their objective was to exploit the ensuing chaos to seize the black fairy tome.
