Description
Marco Bellwood serves as Vice-Minister within the Unified Zesskia government's Ministry of Fairies, acting as the direct superior to Dorothea agency director Nein Auler. He is a descendant of Hel, one of the Five Fairy Scholars and author of the Original Fairy Tome, granting him significant authority on fairy knowledge and artifacts. An elderly man with grey hair and brown eyes, Bellwood operates within the bureaucratic hierarchy managing post-war fairy threats and relics.

His responsibilities encompass overseeing fairy research, regulation, and artifact recovery. He initiates Dorothea's mission to retrieve scattered pages of the unaccounted-for Black Fairy Tome, distinct from the Original, Red, Blue, and White Fairy Tomes. Identifying a potential location for a copy, he dispatches agents Marlya Noel and Free Underbar to Ishtarot to recover a specific page from Cain Distarol. Bellwood's interest in acquiring the final pieces of the Black Fairy Tome later attracts scrutiny due to information suggesting undisclosed, potentially nefarious purposes behind his efforts, connecting him to the central conflict surrounding the tome's power. His background prior to becoming Vice-Minister, specific actions beyond initiating the retrieval mission, detailed character development, motivations beyond recovering the pages, and the ultimate outcome of his endeavors remain unresolved.
