Description
Hina Farrow hails from the secluded mountain village of Fieni, living in isolation with her mother until her mother's count reached zero and she vanished into the Abyss. Before disappearing, Hina's mother gave her a spherical Ballot marked with the number 10,000, instructing her to find the Legendary Red Baron. This sent Hina on a five-year journey across Alcia, walking hundreds of kilometers reflected in her initial count of 441.

Petite and slender, Hina has aqua-blue hair shifting to purple and pink, with framing bangs and distinctive blue eyes. She typically wears a pink shirt under a white cloak buttoned at the neck, a black hat decorated with a red ribbon and a flower.

Her sheltered upbringing left her socially inexperienced, naive, and trusting, struggling to grasp societal norms or deception. Yet she possesses a strong moral compass, deep empathy, and unwavering determination to protect others. Hina expresses emotions openly, crying frequently without shame. Her profound aversion to cruelty compels her to intervene even when outmatched.

Her journey begins in Irinis city, encountering the perverse masked Licht Bach, then Davi, a soldier falsely claiming to be the Red Baron. Davi deceives her, challenges her to a "Startheft Bout," and steals 440 points, reducing her count to 1. Licht intervenes, reveals himself as the true Red Baron, defeats Davi, returns her count, and snatches her Ballot under the pretense of selling it. He later reveals he concealed it within a doll to protect her from illegal Ballot ownership persecution.

Hina temporarily stays with Nana Bassler, assisting in her mobile tavern. Her resolve to find Licht strengthens, leading to encounters with the Alcian Royal Army and allies like inventor Pelmo, whom she staunchly supports. These experiences gradually build her resilience and self-reliance, honing wilderness survival and first-aid skills from her travels.

A pivotal moment occurs when Hina travels back 300 years with allies via Nana's abilities. She meets Licht's past self, Rihito Sakai, during profound despair. Witnessing his suffering, she confesses her love with a kiss and vows to reunite with him. She promises to ensure he never faces loneliness again, bear his children, and stay unconditionally by his side. This experience cements her devotion and transforms her timidity into assertive determination.

Returning to the present, Hina actively pursues Licht romantically, displaying boldness in her advances, including attempts to seduce him. Her love evolves into a protective instinct as Licht confronts his traumatic past. She later discovers her biological father is Tokikaze Sakai, Licht's adoptive brother and fellow Legendary Ace, adding emotional complexity to their bond, given Licht inadvertently caused Tokikaze's death centuries earlier.

In the conclusion, Hina marries Licht, fulfilling her promise. They have a daughter named Rina, solidifying her role in Licht's emotional healing and their shared future.
