Description
Mega-Armed Tokisada stands as the first complete full-body cyborg, publicly celebrated as a war hero whose battlefield sacrifices significantly advanced extension technology. This hero status manifests through public adoration, including statues and chanting crowds. However, his motivations intertwine altruism with corporate interests tied to entities like Berühren Corporation and personal preservation.

Physically, his pre-extension form was relatively short and stocky with blond hair. As a full-body Extended, his distinctive golden features include a permanently grinning face, gold-plated hands, and a large screw resembling a top bun hairstyle. His body integrates multiple weapons: a revolver cylinder in his left hand enabling explosive "Funke Faust" punches, a minigun in his right arm, and the head screw functioning as a deployable grenade emitting electric smoke. His face lacks a conventional mouth, featuring instead a grate or screen for vocal output, complemented by Enhanced Extended eyes for information gathering.

Tokisada cultivates a grand public persona, eagerly performing flashy moves like Funke Faust for admirers and positioning himself as a guardian for Extended welfare. Beneath this lies pronounced pride and greed; he believes his granted power is inherently his own. His actions reveal a ruthless willingness to sacrifice others to protect his reputation and legacy. He engineered the mass-casualty "Nightmare of Norse Scott" to conceal wartime activities and later attempts to eliminate witnesses like Hayden Gondry, Olivier Vandeberme, Juzo Inui, and Cronen von Wolf, rationalizing that revealing the truth would have hindered technological progress.

His involvement in the central conflict begins during an assassination attempt at a public appearance. Juzo Inui's intervention leads to a confrontation with Hayden Gondry, the disguised assassin connected to Tokisada's past. Tokisada reveals Hayden's appearance-mimicking ability, which strains Hayden's sub-brain to insanity. When Juzo and Olivier plan to expose Tokisada's responsibility for Norse Scott using Hayden as a witness, Tokisada ambushes them. He overpowers Juzo, breaks his neck, and moves to execute Hayden, only to be thwarted by Juzo's automated combat protocols activating in a berserk state. During the fight, Tokisada makes a taunting admission to Olivier about manipulating Hayden and covering up wartime atrocities, which Olivier records, leading to Tokisada's arrest. While being transported, Tokisada hints at a powerful figure behind his actions before being killed in an attack by Pepper and Seven on the transport vehicle.

As a full-body Extended, Tokisada's entire form functions as a weapon system. His combat capabilities include the explosive Revolver Fist for melee strikes, the high-caliber Minigun Arm for sustained firepower, and the Grenade Screw for area denial via electric smoke. Enhanced Extended eyes provide tactical data processing. This arsenal and his combat experience establish him as one of the most formidable Extends, capable of overpowering adversaries like Juzo under optimal conditions, though his reliance on overwhelming force is countered by Juzo's adaptive combat programming and endurance.
