Rudy, also called Tsunekichi, is a fox with yellow fur tipped in brown. He wears a white long-sleeved shirt, a green tie dotted with red, and green overalls, always barefoot. His spoiled demeanor manifests through constant bragging, refusal to share, and declarations of superiority in every activity. He frequently interrupts with phrases like “I knew that” or “I was going to say/ask that,” aiming to dominate conversations and preempt others.

His self-centered actions often irritate Coco, a penguin, culminating in an incident where Dr. Chu’s creation, Robo-Rudy—a robot mirroring his personality—turns his own behavior against him, forcing Rudy to confront the frustration he provokes.

Rudy competes with Pecola and Chewy, a mouse inventor, for the attention of Steamer, a cat train engineer, sparking regular clashes among the trio. Despite these tensions, he remains embedded in Cube Town’s community, joining soccer matches and beach trips alongside peers.

Functioning as a foil to Pecola’s cheerful energy, Rudy’s presence fuels episodic conflicts and resolutions, maintaining his role as a consistent catalyst within the series’ dynamic.
