Description
Williams Gin is a ghoul and an artificial lycanthrope, created when a specific organization infused him with an artificial night-gene in an attempt to develop a power capable of rivaling mana users. He is a member of the guild Grimfice.

Born into the aristocratic William family, he failed to awaken his mana as a child, a condition shared by Melida Angel. His family cast him out to a distant village and replaced him with his newborn brother—a fate common to other manaless children of noble bloodlines in Flandore, who are often concealed or eliminated.

In combat, he wields green anima to manipulate his bandages as weapons. Initially serving as an antagonist, he was dispatched to kidnap Elise Angel and merge her genes with Melida’s, despite the procedure’s notably low success rate. During this mission, a resonance between Melida and Elise severely weakened him.

His allegiance shifted when he chose to cooperate with the guild White Night, infiltrating Grimfice as a mole in exchange for information on reverting lycanthropy and permission to join their ranks. This partnership was demonstrated when he provided backup to Kufa Vampir and students during a necromancer attack at a biblical exam, after his own guild ambushed them under Mordrew’s orders.

His dynamic with Kufa Vampir evolved from bitter enemies, driven by their guild affiliations, into reluctant allies. After discovering Kufa’s identity as a half-vampire, Williams was compelled to collaborate with him in drafting reports concerning Melida.

A significant connection exists with Shenfa Zwitoque, whom he encountered during the Vibria Goat exam. He rescued her, the headmaster, and other students after Kufa summoned his aid. Shenfa alone showed no fear toward his lycanthropy, thanking him and dubbing him “Bandage Knight.” Her gratitude caught him off guard, and he shyly dismissed his actions. It was later revealed that the two share a connection to her fiancé.
