Olivier van de Berme, whose name is sometimes romanized as Olivier Vandeberme, is a supporting character in the anime No Guns Life. She serves as the director of the EMS, the enforcement branch of the Reconstruction Agency responsible for enforcing Extended law and regulating Over-Extended. In that role she embodies institutional authority within a society where people with legally recognized mechanical body modifications, known as Over-Extended, are strictly monitored and controlled. She is a tall, slender woman with silver hair and a military-style appearance, and she is easily recognized by her distinctive blue lipstick.
