Description
Olivier Vandeberme is a supporting character in the anime No Guns Life. She is the director of the EMS, a branch of the Reconstruction Agency responsible for enforcing the laws that govern cyborgs known as Extended and for regulating Over-Extended, those whose augmentations have exceeded legal limits.
