Description
Nyuruo is the central character of Nyuru Nyuru!! Kakusen-kun 2-ki, a short comedy anime about small creatures called Kakusen that live in the pores of human skin. He is a Kakusen born in a human nose, and in the second season he appears as a newborn who begins his life with very little understanding of the world around him.
His personality is defined by purity and honesty. Because he is newly born, he is naive and unaware of many things, but he approaches his surroundings with sincere curiosity. Underneath his innocent surface, he is actually one of the most level-headed members of the cast and often acts as the straight man who reacts to the strange behavior of the other characters. Depending on the person, he can also silently look down on others, a trait that adds a subtle sharpness to his otherwise earnest character.
His motivations are simple and grounded. His hobby is participating in stamp rallies, and his dream is to become a government worker so that he can contribute to the human society of the person whose pore he inhabits. In the second season, however, his path changes when he encounters the Nyurus, a completely unsuccessful idol group within the Kakusen world. He is forcibly made a new member of the group, and together they set their sights on the grand dream of performing on the stage of Anisama, an event that represents the ultimate goal for the tiny idols.
