Description
Fuyunyan is a cat-like Yo-kai with a primarily blue body, featuring white fur on his chest, muzzle, and paw tips. His distinctive traits include a dull pink nose, inner ears, and a white scar-like marking centered on his forehead. He wears a dull gray belt displaying a swirled sphere and a long red cloth that serves as a cloak. His tail uniquely terminates in a spherical shape.

He exhibits a strong sense of righteousness and loyalty, frequently acting to protect friends and uphold justice. While patient in confrontations, he may lose focus during prolonged tasks. Fuyunyan displays moments of childish behavior, such as creating sound effects during actions like introducing the "Rewind Stone," and experiences embarrassment about certain transformations, particularly his Dekanyan form.

In combat, Fuyunyan possesses abilities including flight and energy manipulation, manifesting as thrown energy balls or energy-coated fists. His documented techniques are "Garras Afiladas" (Sharp Claws), "Tornado," and the animaximum move "Loto Valiente" (Brave Lotus), which channels energy for a powerful knockout strike. He also has the tactical ability "Acróbata" (Acrobat), enabling counterattacks after evading enemy strikes.

Fuyunyan undergoes specific transformations:
* **Dekanyan (Meganyan)**: An engorged form resulting from prolonged confinement and overeating, characterized by increased size and weight. This form possesses reduced combat capabilities (Rank C), exhibits altered physiology including generating electrical discharges from his nose, causes Fuyunyan embarrassment, and eventually reverts.
* **Darknyan (Oscurinyan)**: A more powerful evolution (Rank A) achieved through the combined energy of two Yo-kai Watches (Keita's standard model and Keizō's Model Zero). This form adopts a darker aesthetic and enhanced combat prowess, shifts his tribal affiliation to Siniestra (Mysterious), and retains wind-based attributes.

Within the Yo-kai classification system, Fuyunyan is initially categorized as a Brave-tribe (Valiente) Yo-kai with a B rank and wind attribute. Following the introduction of the Omamori tribe in Yo-kai Watch 4, his tribal affiliation changes to Omamori while retaining his wind attribute.

Fuyunyan debuted in the 2015 film *Yo-kai Watch: Enma Daiō to Itsutsu no Monogatari da Nyan!* as part of the team—including Whisper, Jibanyan, USApyon, and Komasan—that travels to the Yo-kai World. Their mission confronts Lord Enma's decree severing human-Yo-kai friendships, ultimately revealing Chairman Zazel as the true antagonist who imprisoned Enma. Fuyunyan participates in the climactic battle against Zazel's forces to rescue the imprisoned king. His documented appearances remain confined to film media within the franchise.
