Description
Lilia Greyrat possesses reddish-brown hair often styled in a half-bun, violet-purple eyes, and a slender, voluptuous figure. She wears oval-shaped glasses and a hairband as part of her standard maid uniform. Initially emotionally reserved due to her guard-maid training, she gradually reveals more expressions after joining the Greyrat household. She holds superstitions, like interpreting Rudeus Greyrat's infant expressions as signs of demonic possession.

Her origins lie in a Water God Style swordsmanship dojo run by her parents, Augusta and Flute, in the Asura Kingdom's Southern Region. During this time, Paul Greyrat, a fellow student, raped her while she slept. Lilia later reflected that this encounter was preferable to potential experiences with nobles she would later serve. Following this, she became a guard-maid at the Asura Kingdom's Silver Palace (concubine palace), performing domestic duties and protection. An assassination attempt on Princess Ariel Anemoi Asura resulted in Lilia sustaining a poisoned leg wound. The poison caused permanent damage, leaving her unable to run or stomp with full force. Dismissed immediately by the kingdom, which she accepted as inevitable due to her disability, she suspected she was hired as a disposable pawn. She relocated to the remote Fedoa region to escape political dangers.

Struggling to find work with her injury, Lilia answered Paul's advertisement for a maid in Buina Village. He hired her primarily for her midwifery skills during Zenith's pregnancy with Rudeus. She received an unexpectedly high salary and assisted at Rudeus' birth. Initially disliking Rudeus, finding his expressions creepy and avoiding him, she later discovered his hidden collection of Roxy Migurdia's underwear but kept it secret. Years later, Lilia became pregnant with Paul's child, Aisha, shortly after Zenith announced her pregnancy with Norn. Claiming responsibility for seducing Paul, Lilia prepared to leave the household in winter. Rudeus intervened, fabricating a story that Paul had taken advantage of her, enabling her to stay as Paul's second wife. This act instilled deep gratitude in Lilia, who vowed lifelong service to Rudeus and planned to raise Aisha as his future attendant.

During the Teleport Incident (K417), Lilia and Aisha were transported to the Shirone Kingdom's royal palace. Detained as suspected spies and facing execution, Lilia invoked Roxy Migurdia and Paul's names to avoid death but remained imprisoned. Prince Pax Shirone used them as bait to lure Roxy. During their two-and-a-half-year captivity, Lilia trained Aisha in maid duties, etiquette, academics, and manipulation tactics, including leveraging her "cuteness" for favors. When Rudeus was captured during their rescue attempt, Lilia intervened but was overpowered by guards due to her leg injury. After their release, she returned a treasured box Rudeus had lost and requested Aisha serve him directly. He declined, suggesting Aisha stay with her parents. Lilia reluctantly accepted, stating Aisha needed more training.

Lilia attained Intermediate rank in Water God Style swordsmanship but was deemed insufficiently skilled to instruct at her father's dojo. Her leg injury permanently reduced her combat effectiveness, limiting her to domestic roles. She maintains complex relationships: loyalty and affection toward Paul despite their history; closeness with Zenith that deepened after Aisha's birth; and profound devotion to Rudeus, shifting from aversion to unwavering service. She cares equally for her biological daughter Aisha and stepdaughter Norn. A recurring aspiration is her desire for Rudeus to show Aisha the affection he gives his wives.

Her background includes the non-consensual first encounter with Paul during their youth, which she later rationalized as preferable to alternatives. The poisoning during Ariel's assassination attempt directly caused her career shift and disability. The Teleport Incident and captivity tested her resilience, reinforcing her dedication to family service. Her development centers on transitioning from a dismissed guard-maid to a committed Greyrat family member, a transformation motivated by Rudeus' intervention during her pregnancy crisis.
