Description
The character arrives in Fula City during its annual Wind Festival, a celebration honoring the collaborative founding of the city by humans and the Legendary Pokémon Lugia. Entering a Pokémon-catching competition, he claims second place after aiding a fellow competitor in capturing an Eevee and intervening to subdue a rampaging Tyranitar before it harms spectators.
Throughout the festival, he engages with locals confronting personal struggles: a retired athlete haunted by her career’s abrupt end, a chronic liar desperate for social approval, and an isolated girl concealing knowledge of Zeraora, a reclusive Mythical Pokémon. When a forest fire ignited by toxic spores engulfs the city, he unites these individuals to orchestrate evacuations, repair a critical wind turbine, and reestablish contact with Lugia to quell the disaster.
His efforts emphasize bridging trust between humans and Pokémon, most notably convincing the wary Zeraora to join firefighting endeavors. With the crisis resolved, he leaves Fula City to traverse new regions, maintaining his recurring role as a wandering mediator who addresses emergencies through unity and mutual understanding.
