Description
Camus holds the noble title of Herzog von Kirsch nahe Liechtenstein, translating to Duke of Kirsch near Liechtenstein within Kuchen's aristocracy. He is the cousin of Ludwig von Mohn (Lui) through their fathers, who are brothers.

From childhood, Camus possesses a unique psychic ability to perceive others' emotions and sense impending misfortune or danger. This power caused significant early isolation as others feared his insights, fostering a reserved and detached demeanor. Meeting Lui changed his life, as Lui became the first person to accept him without fear, forging a deep bond between them.

As a Strahl candidate at Rosenstolz Academy, Camus uses his abilities to protect peers. In one incident, his warning of approaching danger to a classmate is met with hostility and fear, reinforcing his isolation. Later, academy graduate Victor Griffith, who shares similar abilities, visits Rosenstolz. Recognizing Camus' power, Griffith attempts to manipulate him by offering refuge and understanding, though his intentions are ultimately self-serving. Camus rejects this offer, remaining loyal to his path and peers.

Camus demonstrates strategic thinking during a student exchange involving the charismatic outsider Ishtar. Sensing her dangerous ambitions to manipulate the student body and gain influence within Rosenstolz, he alerts others to the threat. When Ishtar attempts to recruit Lui to her cause, Camus plays a key role in thwarting her plans, ensuring she leaves the academy.

Throughout his time at Rosenstolz, Camus maintains loyalty to Lui and the group of Strahl candidates, particularly during crises involving political corruption and threats to the kingdom's stability. His abilities prove crucial in detecting hidden dangers and protecting his allies.
