Discovered as a small, lime-green creature within the abandoned GOTT headquarters ruins, Tama initially appears as a shape-shifting mechanical Genetech Beast. This form causes significant distress to Ascoeur and Q-feuille during their mission. A pivotal interaction occurs when Di-air forms an immediate bond with the creature. Following a kiss from Di-air, Tama absorbs surrounding nanotechnology, transforming into its true, pocket-sized state. Di-air adopts the creature, names it Tama, and carries it as a pochette accessory. Though omitted from the initial mission debrief, GTO Chief Hiver learns of Tama's existence and permits Di-air to keep it. Tama then assumes a protective role as Di-air's self-appointed bodyguard. This loyalty manifests when Tama deliberately initiates a kiss with Di-air, triggering a transformation into a larger GENETECH turtle form to shield her from an attack. Tama demonstrates sentience and loyalty, primarily towards Di-air. Its abilities depend on transformative power activated through Di-air's kisses, enabling temporary shifts into larger, defensive, or combat-ready forms utilizing nanotechnology.
